A variety of techniques are used to address clients’ needs these being Bowen Therapy, The Emmett Technique, Spinal Flow technique, Kinesiology TFH, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Homeopathic Flower Essences.

Kay provides a service for the health and well being of people, small animals, canines, and horses. Animals can be treated for at home or can come to the clinic grounds.

A dancer and dance teacher in the past, Kay has a comprehensive knowledge of the moving body and enjoys helping people with injuries and ongoing maintenance. Her work with the elderly has seen Kay develop her interest in the field of elder care and palliative care. Kay is an Intuitive healer, supported by many years of study and ongoing professional development. More recently she has studied the Spinal Flow technique that addresses emotional, physical and chemical stresses in the body.

It can be used to distress, relaxation, or as a technique to address specific needs. The Spinal Flow Technique is a holistic healing technique developed by Dr. Carli Axford. It combines an understanding of the spine, central nervous system, and Life Force Energy enabling the body to heal itself. The practitioner accesses the 33 points along the spine to initiate a "spinal wave" and help the body to find ease by releasing these blockages. The body is then able to restore its natural healing processes. The release of blockages in the spine caused by chemical, physical, or emotional stress will help relieve the body's various symptoms like pain, illness, and emotional distress.
